11. Special Terms for Trainers & Experts

11.1 Submitted Information

Applicants confirm that all submitted information, photographs, documents, and files are accurate and that they own or have the legal right to provide them.

11.2 Use of Data, Images & Content

By submitting an application, trainers grant Masarat Alriyadah Training a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the materials they voluntarily provide for evaluation, trainer profiles, website publication, course pages, marketing campaigns, social media, newsletters, printed materials, and other official promotional purposes.

11.3 Editing & Formatting

The Academy may edit, format, translate, or summarize submitted content for branding and publication purposes without materially altering its meaning.

11.4 Intellectual Property

Ownership of original trainer materials remains with the trainer unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Academy receives a license to use such materials for the purposes stated above.

11.5 Removal Requests

Trainers may request removal of their public profile. Previously published marketing materials and legally required records may be retained.

11.6 Legal Responsibility

Applicants bear full responsibility for the legality and ownership of all submitted materials. The Academy is not liable for third-party intellectual property claims arising from applicant submissions.
