Biography
Thekra Mohammad Saeed Al-Na’amneh is a trainer and consultant specializing in leadership, advocacy, youth development, and campaign management. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with Honors from Yarmouk University and has extensive experience in designing and delivering capacity-building and professional development programs.
She has trained more than 10,000 young people across Jordan in leadership, critical thinking, communication, civic engagement, and political participation. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading national institutions, including the Crown Prince Foundation and the Independent Election Commission, while also leading several youth and community initiatives.
Thekra is passionate about empowering young people and equipping them with practical skills, modern knowledge, and leadership capabilities that enable them to become active contributors to society and successful professionals in their respective fields.
